Sequences

I have a love for creating simple sequences that are accessible to all yoginis and yogis.  So, if you are lacking inspiration, give one of the following a try!

(Remember, you and you alone are in the position to know what is and isn't right for your body! If anything in these sequences doesn't feel right to you, please use your own judgment and stop or modify the pose.  Also, feel free to ask me about it by leaving a comment on my blog!)

Links to sequences:

  • Yoga for Menstrual Pain - Some relaxing asanas that can help when you're suffering from cramps and other menstrual-related dis-ease.
  • Restorative Flow - Gentle - A nice, sweet restorative practice using accessible for all levels. Yoga with pillows!! Yeah!

I love creating new sequences, so keep watching this page for more to come.  Also, if there is a sequence you would like to see, get in touch by leaving a comment on my blog!

Namaste and enjoy!
