(Remember, I am just a yoga teacher - YOU alone are in the position to know what is and isn't right for your body. If anything in these sequences doesn't feel right to you, please use your own judgment and stop or modify the pose.  Also, feel free to ask me about it by leaving a comment on my blog!)

General flow / practice sequences:
  • Detox Sequence - a moderately challenging sequence based on detoxifying the body through twists
  • 10-minute Yoga - A post in which other bloggers left ideas for 10-minute yoga practices in the comments section.
  • Restorative Flow - Gentle - A nice, sweet restorative practice using accessible for all levels. Yoga with pillows!! Yeah!
  • Restorative Flow - Intermediate - Another restorative practice.  This is also a nice gentle sequence but it does include a few poses that may not be right for everyone, especially if you have knee issues or extremely tight hips or hamstrings.
